Onsite Childcare is a local business started by two women, Lauren Helm and Kai Lantz.  

Lauren has an MS in Early Childhood Education, BA in Studio Art, and 15 years of experience as Home Daycare Provider, Preschool Teacher, Nanny, and Camp Councilor.

Kai has a Bachelors in psychology and currently works at a parenting program for teens with children under 3 years old. She was previously a nanny, daycare provider and has been a foster parent for children between 7 months and 17 years old.  Kai and Lauren have both been trained in infant/child CPR and first aid.

Their style is nurturing and respectful, with encouragement to have fun while learning within a safe environment.  While your children are cared for by Lauren, Kai, and their staff of qualified professionals, you can assume they will enjoy a sing-along, games, healthy snacks, a chance to explore open-ended materials for art and construction, age-appropriate and high quality children's literature, a chance to test science experiments, resting and down-time opportunities and outdoor play when facilities allow.

Ideal Workspace is a family-friendly co-working and event space in Western Massachusetts. We know that you spend a huge part of your life at work and believe that your workspace should be more than just a desk and some fluorescent lights--it should be just as welcoming as your home. 

At Ideal Workspace, we aim to give you all the perks of working at home with none of the distraction or isolation. We host educational events to help you work smarter; (guaranteed not awkward!) networking events to help you make the right connections; and fun events to help you unwind with your family, friends, and coworkers. 

We encourage caregivers of infants to bring their babies to work with them and we provide quiet rooms for nursing, crying (you or the baby--no judgement), or private phone calls to help facilitate having your infant with you at work. 

We are partnering and co-locating with Onsite Childcare to provide, quite literally, on-site, extraordinarily high quality childcare for infants and toddlers right next door.
