We invite anyone to propose any web development industry topic that they know something about and are passionate about. Proposals will be selected based on how well they fit in with our program themes and other sessions as we start accepting and scheduling them. Please have a look at our session tracks.
The deadline for submissions is six weeks before the Summit. For the 2015 NERDSummit, the deadline for submissions is 8/1/2015. We may start accepting and scheduling sessions before that time and may also need to get in touch with you to discuss your session before accepting it. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions regarding any of this.
Sessions are typically 45 minutes with 10 minutes for Q&A. Double sessions are possible if the proposal requires it. Trainings can be much longer. Describe this in your proposal, we will work with you.
Sessions will be accepted and scheduled within one week following the submission deadline. Speakers will know of their proposal status before then.
