Tess Gadwa brings more than 16 years experience in design, communications, and marketing to her practice. Her focus is interaction design, user experience, and entrepreneurial coaching. She authored and filed the patent for Attention Based Currency, a form of cryptocurrency powered by music. In January 2011, she launched Yes Exactly Web Design, specializing in rapid deployment of high-quality custom-designed content-managed websites for small businesses, creative professionals, and nonprofits. The company incorporated in December 2012 and continues to serve customers in the Pioneer Valley and across the United States. Tess graduated from Williams College with a B.A. in English literature.

Cheryl is a technical project manager and Drupal developer living and working in the beautiful Recreation Capital of New England.

I'm the Director of Engineering at Credly. I've been writing code for about six years now and have worked for a few different web shops in the Western Mass area. In my free time I enjoy learning new technologies (which sometimes results in publishing an iOS app). But when I'm not writing code I'm usually working on my house, at the gym, or playing video games.
